On behalf of the General Manager of the Hospital, i mail the following:

1st Proposal ("Bed-Side-Monitoring)

Project Aim

To develop innovative medical systems for monitoring, diagnosis, treatment
and therapy and to demonstrate their benefits on measurable indicators.
These systems will involve new generation devices notably based on micro and
nano technologies with mobility and flexibility in accessing the Medical
Record.

Participants

Partners to work on this project should fit one of the following profiles:
*	Telecommunication industry, particularly skilled in mobile and
wireless networks within, security and usability aspects
*	Medical Systems Company, particularly skilled in Bed-Side Monitoring
and Flexible Monitoring Systems for Hospital Centers
*	Hospital Center, to help the implementation of the mobile bed-side
monitoring system and play the role of the end user (Henry Dynan-Athens,
Greece)
*	Hospital Center, that has already installed and measure the Bed-Side
Monitoring Systems helping as a Transfer Technology Center for the end user
*	Subsidiary of the World Health Organization in Europe, to help the
development of health services through the Flexible Patient Monitoring,
supporting the EU policy on health promotion and implementing  the
measurable indicators for the Bed Side Monitoring Procedures.

2nd Proposal ("Telemedicine Services")


Project Aim

To develop and demonstrate a set of new generation Tele-medicine systems for

Tele-consultation, Tele-diagnosis, Tele-management and Tele-monitoring.
Emphasis should be on ease of use and on interoperability with the health
infrastructure and the development of new standardized protocols.

Participants

*	Telecommunication industry, particularly skilled in mobile and
wireless networks within, security and usability aspects
*	Medical Systems Company, particularly skilled in Tele-medicine
Systems for Hospital Centers
*	Hospital Center, to help the implementation of the new generation
Tele-medicine System and play the actor role of the end user (Henry
Dynan-Athens, Greece)
*	Medical Centers, Institutions, that have already experience in next
generation Tele-medicine Systems helping as a Transfer Technology Center for
the end user
*	Subsidiary of the World Health Organization in Europe, to help the
development of health services, supporting the EU policy on health .


3rd Proposal ("Co-generationSystems")

Project Aim

To develop design and implement co-generation units for the hospital of
Henry Dynan. These systems will involve new generation devices taking care
of  reducing the pollution in the urban areas.

Participants

*	Electricity industry, skilled in co-generation units for hospitals
in urban areas
*	Hospital Center, to help the implementation of the co-generation
system and play the role of the end user
*	Hospital Center, that has already installed and measure the
co-generation units as a Transfer Technology Center for the end user(Henry
Dynan-Athens, Greece)
*	University, to help the study of the pollution of such units in
Urban Areas
