Dear Sirs,

The municipality  of  OFFIDA is developing a project for a study of
factibility and the future developing model for rural/artisan areas of a
"municipal network" wich services and system informations will be at
disposal of the citizens.

This project would be financed by the V Framework Programme :
Easy Use Information of Society , Action 1 New Models for Providing
services to citizens , sub section 1.4.1: system enhancing the
efficiency and user -friendliness of administrations.

OFFIDA is a an important little town of the PICENO zone in the centre of
Italy (Ob 5b of  European Structural Founds) and it has the following
particularities:
· main activities are rural and artisan, here is situated the regional
stock of vintage wines.
· it has a very interesting historical background, with building and the
historic centre of the 1200 years.
· it is a turistic centre.

The municipality of Offida is searching for its project partners with
similar caracteristics or who think to have the same exigencies or to be
able to have a rule in developing a search for the 5 FP .
