I would like to offer to your attention as a potential
partner in the 5-th framework projects an organization
from Kiev/Ukraine - the International Telecommunications
Center (ITC) KS-Net.

The ITC is a non-commercial telecom service provider and
research organization servicing mainly the research and
educational communities in the city of Kiev and closely
collaborating with the Ukrainian Ministry of Communications
and the Telecom on issues of Information Society development.

The ITC successfully participated in a number of projects of
the 4-th framework (Teleserv (INCO), ESATT (INCO), NICE (ACTS),
MONHX (INCO)) as well as projects of other organizations (NATO
Science Program, Open Society Institute) and has ample experience
in such collaboration.

In case you are interested to have an organization from the former
Soviet Union as a partner in the projects you are currently
promoting we would be happy to consider the opportunity.
