Dans le cadre du 5° appel du programme IST, la société allemande
DaimlerChrysler recherche un partenaire

Requirements from DaimlerChrysler AG for a Proposal for Collaborative
Engineering for call 5.

What we want to do is to define and to develop solutions to organize, manage,
support distributed engineering teams. So we are developing a Collaborative
Engineering Platform.

The standards to develop such a platform are almost missing.

A first one we have developed in a ProSTEP iViP Project which is called XPDI
and the Standard we developed is called PLM-Services. It is an international
OMG Standard since mid of April. We are going to develop a next release of
this
Standard with a more extended scope on the next month.

What we want to do in the EU-Project is to define, develop and may be to
standardize basic functions & Use-Cases to build up such a Collaborative
Environment. The standardization of the PLM-Services is a fist step on that
way. So for us it is important, to find partners who has experience in that
field an are interested in to make  research in the field of collaboration
solutions.
