Subject: Toulouse for the Fifth European Conference on Satellite
  Communications (ECSC-5) from November 3 to 5.


The title of the conference is "SATELLITE MULTIMEDIA COMMUNICATIONS :
Systems, Services and Technologies for fixed and mobile applications".
Major developments in the field are taking place, on technological issues
but also on regulatory and standardisation issues, and are the key for the
provision of services in the Information Society, opening a new era in
satellite communications.
The Conference is a forum for industry and agencies representatives, and
university researchers to review and demonstrate technology advances in the
field.
