lance un appel à proposition destine à cofinancer la conception et la
production des contenus scientifiques de l'université virtuelle francophone.
Il s'agit de la suite logique de l'appel a manifestation d'interet que
l'agence universitaire de la francophonie avait lane au debut de cette annee.

La date limite de renvoi des dossiers est fixee au 31 AOUT 1998
