Developing World - 1990-2010"

The Information for Development Program (infoDev) is a global program managed
the World Bank to help developing economies fully benefit from information
communication technologies (ICT). infoDev shares worldwide experience with,

disseminates best practices to key decision-makers, both public and private.
In assisting developing countries and transitional economies design and
implement national information infrastructure strategies, original research
urgently needed on the impact of emerging technology, markets and
